Situato a 7 km da Tolmezzo (capoluogo della Carnia) è immerso nel verde e si trova sul percorso della 4' tappa del "Cammino delle Pievi". Qui trovi la possibilità di vivere la Carnia da una posizione centrale e vicina al centro amministrativo della stessa,

 immerso in un paesaggio con molto verde.

Il B&B è situato al pianoterra di una villetta ed e' autonomo. Dispone di una camera matrimoniale e stanza singola(+ ev. uno/due postiletto "aggiuntivi" adatti a bambini), bagno soggiorno e cucina. 

Il costo per una persone e' di 60 € a notte, per due persone è di 70 € e per tre persone è di 80 €. 

Puo' fare da punto di partenza per  escursione a piedi, in mountain bike o automobile alla ricerca degli angoli piu' naturali e caratteristici della Carnia.

E' disponibile un ricovero per bici e/o moto.

Si parla discretamente il tedesco, l'inglese un po' meno.

Es liegt 7 km von Tolmezzo (Hauptstadt Karniens) entfernt, ist von viel Gruen umgeben und liegt an der 4' etappe des "Cammino delle Pievi". Hier haben sie di Moeglichkeit, Karnien von einer zentrale lage in der Nahe seines Vervaltungszentrum, eingebettet in einer gruener Landschaft, zu entdecken. 

Das B&B befindet sich im Erdgeschoss del Hauses und ist autonom.

Es ferfuegt ueber ein Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer (ferfuegbar ein zusatzliches Bett fuer Kinder geeignet), Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und Kueche.

Die Kosten für eine Person betragen 60 € pro Nacht, für zwei Personen 70 € und für drei Personen 80€.

Es kann als Ausganspunkt fuer Ausfluege zu Fuss, mit Bikes oder Auto auf der Suche nach den naetuerlichsten und charaketeristichsten Ecken Karniens dienen. 

Ein Unterstellplatz fuer Fahr/motoraeder ist vorhanden.

Deutsch wird gut verstanden und gesprochen, Englisch etwas veniger.

immersed in a landscape with lots of greenery.
